mTm has established a strong presence in the financial services sector, working with over 2,000 retailers and CSP centers, supported by more than 50 district coordinators and a dedicated team at our centralized office in New Delhi. Despite our rapid growth, we have yet to reach our full potential. Our retailers not only facilitate financial transactions but also offer value-added services, significantly enhancing their income. With a strong footprint across key states such as West Bengal, Maharashtra, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Assam, we ensure widespread accessibility to financial services. Our retailers are well-qualified to sell financial products and bring at least five years of field experience, enabling seamless operations and customer support. To further enhance service quality, we conduct training programs that equip new retailers with customer management skills and ensure high service standards. Additionally, mTm’s sales division has the capability to promote new products and services effectively.
